CARING Housing Ministries is an organization whose caring heart drives our purpose, but whose entrepreneurial brain provides the engine. As CARING Housing Ministries President Nancy Spring reminds us, an entrepreneurial brain dictates: no margin, no mission, but without the mission, the margin has no importance in our business.

We continually accomplish our mission through the management of overall community needs while never losing sight of our personal commitment to the individual residents. Our attention to detail in management and oversight helps foster successful ongoing relationships and maintains communities that are both socially and fiscally fit.

Our expertise includes:

  • Program regulatory excellence
  • Human resources
  • Information technology
  • Purchasing
  • Legal
  • Advocacy
  • Public relations
  • Insurance
  • Land acquisition
  • Redevelopment/development
  • Construction
  • Funding programs
